These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Reiki Life website and the purchase and booking of services offered through this site. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services Offered
The Reiki Life provides distance Reiki sessions and related services. All sessions are offered for personal well-being and relaxation purposes only.
Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare. No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is claimed or implied.
Bookings and Appointments
Bookings are made through the website using the integrated booking and checkout system.
When you book a session, you agree to:
- Select a date and time that suits your availability
- Provide accurate contact details
- Attend the session at the scheduled time (distance sessions do not require physical presence)
All session times are displayed in the practitioner’s local time zone unless otherwise stated.
Payments
All payments are required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through Square via WooCommerce. The Reiki Life does not store your full payment details.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours before tIf you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance may be accommodated and are eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Once a Reiki session has taken place, no refunds are available.
Refunds are not offered based on personal interpretation, satisfaction, or perceived outcome of a session.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary practice and that individual experiences and responses may vary.
Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are booking of your own free will
- You understand the nature of Reiki as a complementary practice
- You take full responsibility for your own well-being before, during, and after the session
If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, or are under professional care, Reiki should be used as a supportive practice only and not as a replacement for professional treatment.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The Reiki Life unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Reiki Life is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of this website or participation in services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Use of this website and services is at your own discretion and responsibility.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
