A Reiki session offers an opportunity to relax, reset, and realign with your natural energy. Each experience is unique—some people feel warmth, tingling, or waves of energy; others may enter deep relaxation or even fall asleep. There’s no “right” way to receive Reiki—only what your body and energy naturally allow.
Session Lengths & Pricing:
30-minute session – $60 AUD
A quicker session for stress relief, emotional resets, or a brief but effective session.
60-minute session – $120 AUD
For a full experience, deeper energy work, and a more profound shift.
Session Type:
Distance Reiki Distance Reiki works by guiding your energy, wherever you are. Through focused intention, energy flows to you, helping to restore balance and promote healing. This process isn’t about sending energy across distances, but instead, it’s about connecting with your energy and helping it realign, clear blockages, and flow freely.

A Reiki session is a deeply relaxing and calming experience.
Here’s what you can expect:
Setting the Space: You’ll be invited to relax in a comfortable setting, either sitting or lying down, in a peaceful environment. You’re encouraged to let go of any tension and allow yourself to fully relax.
Opening the Energy Flow: The practitioner will begin the session by guiding energy to you, using focused intention. In-person sessions often involve light touch on the body, but in Distance Reiki, the energy flows to you wherever you are, working through intention alone. As the session progresses, you might feel a range of sensations—warmth, tingling, or even a sense of deep relaxation. Others may not feel anything specific, but Reiki is still working at an energetic level to restore balance and clear blockages.
Clearing Blockages: If there are blockages in your energy flow, Reiki works to clear them and restore a smooth flow of energy throughout your body. You might notice physical, emotional, or mental shifts as energy moves through the system.
Closing the Session: At the end of the session, the practitioner will gently finish the flow of energy, leaving you feeling grounded and recharged. Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others may experience a sense of clarity or even lightness.
Chakra cleansing can be integrated into your Reiki session, where focus is placed on your energy centres—restoring balance and bringing a sense of well-being. This helps release blockages, allowing your energy to flow naturally and helping you feel more aligned and at peace.
Chakra Work: This includes focusing on specific chakras that may be out of balance, helping you feel lighter, more energized, and at ease.
Energy Flow: Combining Reiki with chakra work creates a natural flow of energy that supports your overall health, helping you feel more clear and centered.
